RE: Major v. Treen
Civil Action No. 82-1192
Section C

Dear Ms. Bowers:

Plaintiffs' motion for an award of attorneys' fees and
expenses contains an error that has been called to my
attention. The motion shows Steve Scheckman having 117.4
hours, whereas that figure should be 217.4 hours, as is
correctly reflected in Mr. Scheckman's affidavit. Accordingly,
the fee request for Mr. Scheckman would be $27,175 multiplied
times the requested enhancement of two (2) totalling $54,350.00.
The overall fee request would be affected accordingly.

We will file a formal amendment to our motion later making
this correction and any others that come to our attention
and updating our fee request as nearly as possible to the
date of the hearing. If you have any questions, please do
not hesitate to contact me.

Best regards.

Sincerely,

BLACKSHER, MENEFEE & STEIN, P.A.
