After the Motion to Affirm in the above action 
was filed Jim Blacksher brought to my attention 
three typographical errors of potentially substan- 
tive importance. On page 4, line 1, "1974" should 
read "1964%., On page 5, line 13, "23" should read 
non. On page 17, note 6, line 1, "appellants" 
should read "appellees". These corrections have 
been made in the copies filed with the Court.
