MOTION TO DISMISS CERTAIN 

PLAINTIFFS WITHOUT PREJUDICE 
  

Plaintiffs move the Court, pursuant to Rule 21 of 

the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to enter an order 

dismissing without prejudice plaintiff Rodney O. Turner 

and plaintiff Charles Johnson from the above styled action. 

‘As grounds for this motion, plaintiffs would show the Court 

that they and their counsel, despite diligent efforts, 

have been unable to communicate with plaintiffs Turner 

and Johnson since the institution of this action.
