JUDGE ENTZ'S REPLY TO MOTION FOR INTERIM RELIEF
Defendant-Intervenor Dallas County District Judge F.
Harold Entz ("Judge Entz") joins in Judge Wood's reply to the
motion for interim relief. Judge Entz notes that the Fifth
Circuit's January 11, 1990 stay order, a copy of which is
attached to Judge Wood's reply as Exhibit "A," was clarified
in a further order dated March 28, 1990, .a copy of which is
attached to this Reply as Exhibit "A." That order further
jllustrates this Court's lack of jurisdiction to consider the
motion for interim relief.
WHEREFORE, Judge Entz respectfully requests the Court to
dismiss the motion for interim relief for lack of jurisdiction.
Respectfully submitted,
HUGHES & LUCE, L.L.P.
