ORDER
BEFORE THIS COURT are Intervenors, Travis County District
Judges, with their Motion to Modify this Court’s May 18, 1989 Order
granting Plaintiffs an extension of time to file a request for
attorney’s fees against Intervenors in the above-captioned cause.
Plaintiff's responded in a timely manner.
This Court is of the opinion that the issue of attorney's
fees is more appropriately addressed at the close of litigation.
This does not foreclose Intervenors’ opportunity, at the
appropriate time, to argue that attorney’s fees should not be
assessed against them. Upon consideration of the Motion, response
and arguments of the parties, this Court is of the opinion that
such motion should be denied. Accordingly,
IT IS ORDERED that Intervenors’ Motion to Modify this
Court’s May 18, 1883 Order b =)
