Section "A" 

This matter is before the Court on plaintiffs' motion for a 

preliminary injunction. By Minute Entry entered June 20, 1988, 

the Court ordered that on or before Tuesday, June 21, 1988, at 

noon, each party shall file in the Court, and make actual service 

on all counsel, a list of those persons whom that party intends to 

call at the hearing. The June 21st date should have read June 

28th. 

Accordingly, the Court hereby AMENDS its June 20th minute 

entry and now ORDERS that on or before Tuesday, June 28, 1988, at 

noon, each party shall file in the Court, and make actual service 

on all counsel, a list of those persons whom that party intends to 

call at the hearing. 

Further, the Court hereby EXTENDS THE DEADLINE within which 

parties are to file oppositions to plaintiffs' motion from June 

24, 1988 (as was directed in the June 20th minute entry) TO Mon-

day, June 27, 1988, at noon.
