COURT JUSTICE FOR ORLEANS, INC., a non-profit Louisiana corporation, 

who respectfully moves this Honorable Court for leave to intervene 

as amicus curiae in the above entitled and captioned matter. Amicus 

respectfully moves to intervene on behalf of plaintiffs-appellants 

RONALD CHISOM, ET AL, and represents that it desires solely to file 

an amicus curiae brief requesting that this appeal be heard and 

ruled upon in a expedited manner, and will file its brief on or 



before Friday, December 29, 1969, prior to the briefing deadline for 

defendants-appellees, CHARLES E. ROEMER, ET AL, and that this amicus 

curiae brief will not in any way retard the progress of this 

litigation. Amicus specifically moves this Couer for leave to file
