in this Court under the above number.

In the meantime it is important that counsel for appellant be 
certain that arrangements have been made with the Reporter and

which starts the briefing time. Under Fifth Circuit Local Rule 
9.2 this case is subject to dismissal, without notice, in the 

event the record is not transmitted within that time.
