RE : United States v. Spiver Gordon

We have received a request from Spiver Gordonrs
attorneys, J. L. Chestnut and Hank Sanders, to
handle his appeal. Mr. Gordon was convicted by
an all-white jury of four counts of federal vot-
ing fraud. See attached N.Y. Times article.

I recommend we handle this appeal.
