Came on this day to be heard the Motion of the thirteen 

Defendant-Intervenor District Judges from Travis County to 

Modify this Court's Order allowing Intervention in the above- 

captioned cause to permit them to Intervene in their official 

capacities, or in the alternative, as amicus curiae. Upon 

consideration of the Motion, Plaintiffs' response and arguments 

of the parties, this Court is of the opinion that such motion 

should be denied. Accordingly, 

IT IS ORDERED that the Motion of the Travis County 

District Judges to Intervene in their official capacity, or in 

the alternative, as amicus curiae in the above-captioned cause is 

hereby DENIED.
