Important developments in the captioned matter transpired

on June 14, 1972. We feel it is our duty to call these developments 
to the Court's attention and, therefore, have prepared a "Reply and 
Supplemental Brief" which is enclosed.

In view of the gravity of this matter and the possibility
that our Petition for Certiorari may be acted upon at any moment, 
we seek the Court's indulgence in our filing typewritten copies of 
the reply brief. The brief has been sent to the printer and 
printed copies of same will be forwarded to the Court in several days.
