Re: Cromartie Pretrial Order

Dear Judges:

We are filing herewith an initial pretrial order which is intended to implement the purposes

implicit in your recent rescheduling order, that there be as expeditious a trial as possible.

However, because of time constraints and the complexity of the documents involved, and despite

the intensive efforts of all the counsel, counsel for all parties have agreed that this initial pretrial

order will require some limited revisions; and the counsel will continue discussions with a view to

making such revisions. The parties anticipate that revisions of the initial order or a revised pretrial

order will be filed immediately after the Court convenes on Monday with the purpose of

facilitating still further the Expeditions. conclusion of trial within the four days maximum time

allotted by the court. eX pedit (ous
