PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR CORRECTION OF CLERICAL ERRORS
TO THE HONORABLE COURT:
Ye. In accordance with F.R.Civ.P. 60, Plaintiffs respectfully
request that the Court make the following corrections of clerical
mistakes in its Order of January 2, 1990:
2 In the first complete paragraph on page 8, Plaintiffs
request that the Order be amended to include the December 28, 1989
modifications to the November 8, 1989 order. Although the Order
mentions corrections made on November 27 and December 26, 1989, it
does not refer to the December 28 corrections.
3 Also on page 8, the Order denies the Motion to Intervene
as Defendants of several Bexar County Judges. Plaintiffs request
that this paragraph be corrected to state that the Motion to
Intervene was not timely.
THEREFORE, Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court make
these corrections in its Order of January 2, 1990.
