PLAINTIFFS' MOTION FOR CORRECTION OF CLERICAL ERRORS

TO THE HONORABLE COURT:

Ye. In accordance with F.R.Civ.P. 60, Plaintiffs respectfully

request that the Court make the following corrections of clerical

mistakes in its Order of January 2, 1990:

2 In the first complete paragraph on page 8, Plaintiffs

request that the Order be amended to include the December 28, 1989

modifications to the November 8, 1989 order. Although the Order

mentions corrections made on November 27 and December 26, 1989, it

does not refer to the December 28 corrections.

3 Also on page 8, the Order denies the Motion to Intervene

as Defendants of several Bexar County Judges. Plaintiffs request

that this paragraph be corrected to state that the Motion to

Intervene was not timely.

THEREFORE, Plaintiffs respectfully request that the Court make

these corrections in its Order of January 2, 1990.
