ORDER 

The court has before it plaintiffs' motion for return 

of the $250 appeal bond paid by the NAACP Legal Defense 

Fund upon being informed that defendants have no objection 

thereto. Accordingly, it is 

ORDERED 

That the clerk of court is hereby directed to disburse 

from the registry of the court in favor of NAACP Legal Defense 

Fund and Bill Lann Lee as attorney of record, 10 Columbus 

- Circle, New York, New York 10019, $250 together with any 

accrued interest thereon.
