The transportation system in the district is desegregated to the extent
that Negro and white students are transported daily on the same buses.
All facilities such as gymnasiums, auditoriums and cafeterias are being
operated on a desegregated basis being open to all children attending a
particular school,
None
The Noxubee County School Board has not sold or abandoned any school
facility, equipment or supplies having a total value of more than $500.00
since this court's order on November 7, 1969,
There is a bi-racial advisory committee to the scheol board composed of
three Negroes and three whites,
The plan of intergration under which the schools are currently operating
was submitted to and approved by this bi-racial committee,
No other matters have been submitted to the bi-racial committee for their
approval,
The only area in which this committee functions is in the area of for-
mulating a plan for intergration of the schools.
