Public Schools, et al., Grosse Pointe Public'Schools, Southfield
Public Schools, and School District of the City of Royal Oak for
leave to appeal pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1292(b), and it
appearing that the motion is well taken,
It is ordered that the petition for leave to appeal
pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 1292(b) be and hereby is granted.
It is further ordered that the appeal hereby
