Please take notice that Henry L. Klein, Attorney for 
Defendants, shall, pursuant to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, 
on Friday, October 31, 1975, at 10:00 A.M., at the offices of 
Rickey, Shankman, Blanchard, Agee and Harpster, 100 North Main 
Building, Suite 3500, Memphis, Tennessee 38103, take the discovery 
deposition of Cleamtee Garner.

Mr. Garner is requested, pursuant to this formal nofice, 
to bring with him all records, reports, correspondence relative 
to this case, and any other documents, material or paper writing 
which he intends to use in the trial of this case.



The deposition will continue from day to day until 
completed. You are invited to attend and cross-examine.
