Judgment
This cause having come on to be heard by the court on
a previous day of the term and having been taken under
advisement for final decision at a later date:
And the court having heard and considered the plead
ings, and the evidence adduced on the trial, and the argu
ments of counsel both pro and con and being fully advised
in the premises, is of the opinion that plaintiffs have failed
to pursue and exhaust the administrative remedies pro
vided by the laws of the State of Mississippi, and this cause
should, therefore, be dismissed without prejudice:
I t is, therefore, ordered and adjudged that this cause
be and the same is hereby dismissed without prejudice.
