MOTION FOR LEAVE TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL

Marilyn G. Rose and Christine B. Hickman move for leave

of the Court to withdraw as counsel in the above-entitled

proceedings. Ms. Rose and Ms. Hickman are counsel for plain-

tiffs in NAACP et al. vs. The Wilmington Medical Center, et

al., D. Del., No. 76-298, and perceive that there may be a

conflict-of-interest in the position of plaintiffs in said

case, with the position of plaintiffs in the {nstant cases.

Plaintiffs in the instant cases are represented principally

by other counsel who are able and competent to represent them,

and have been so doing. Accordingly, plaintiffs in the instant

cases will not be disadvantaged by this withdrawal.

Respectfully submitted,
