Upon consideration of the Motion for Leave to Amend Election 

Procedures for Run-0Off Elections filed by the Lawrence County 

Defendants, and for good cause shown, it is 

ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED that the motion be, and the 

same hereby is, granted. On an interim basis, and for purposes 

of the December 9, 1986 run-off elections only, the Lawrence 

County Defendants are authorized to alter the election procedures 

in accordance with Exhibit "A," which 1s attached to the motion.
