Dear Mr. Crumley:

Phyllis McClure of our D.C. office will deliver to
you the Notices of Deposition and the subpoenas. As you and
r discussed on December 6, you will take the Notices to the
clerk of the u.s. Distrlct court, federal courthouse in D.c.
for fiI1ng. The clerk will issue the subpoenas which you
will serve no later than 5:00 p.m. Thursday, December g,1982
on the following peopl-e:

Robert N. Kwan
Gerald Hebert, and
Gerald Jones.

Messrs. Kwan, Hebert and Jones are located at 320 First Street,
N.W. (HOLC Building), telephone nos. 724-6304, 724-6292, and
724-5767 respectively. The subpoena for V[m. Bradford Reynolcls,
if necessary, can be serr,'ed the next day (December 10, but no
later than December 13) at 10th & Constitution, N.W., U.S. Dept.
of Justice, Room 5643. Reynolds is Assistant Attorney General
for the Civil Rights Division, telephone no. 633-2151.

You will pay the filing fee, etc. and will be re-
imbursed for this and wi-1l also be paid S30.00 per hour and
$.30 cents per mile.
