You are hereby notified that a pre-trial conference has been

It is suggested that you present a proposed pre-trial order 
setting out stipulated or agreed facts and the issues in­
volved. At the conference you will be expected to give a. 
list of your chief witnesses and present the exhibits and 
depositions that will be used in trial.

If either party intends to utilize discovery interrogatories 
and/or requests for admission, and/or adversary party 
depositions as a part of his direct proof (not by way of 
impeachment or rebuttal), such party will at least 10 days 
before trial specify to the Court and adversary the 
interrogatories, requests, and/or parts of depositions
