The Minute Entry of July 11, 1988 is amended as follows. 

Trial shall commence on Wednesday, SeptsiMber 14, -1988, ,at 9 a.m. 

The final pre-trial conference shall be held on Friday, er 

1988, at 3:30 p.m. All pre-trial motions -shall be filed so as 

to be heard/on or before August 31, 1988. Defendants' expert re-

ports shall be exchanged on or before Sepot-a, 1988. All dis-

other dates shall remain the same. 

Any motion for summary judgment shall be .filedonor before
