ORLEANS PARISH SCHOOL BOARD, ET AL CIVIL ACTION 

IT IS ORDERED thet the motion for further relief filed in 

plaintiffs herein on May 8, 1961, be, and the same is hereby, set Tor ; 

hearing on Monday, August 21, 1961, ot 10:00 A.M, 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all perties concerned fille a Note 

of Evidence on or before Wednesday, August 16, 1961, (1) listing the 

witnesses who may be used and the type of testimony which will be 

given by each, and (2) listing the documents which may be offered in 

evidence, attaching copies of such documents to the Note of Evidence. 

If the authenticity of these copies is not challenged in writing by 

Fridey, August 18, 1961, authenticity will be admitted, 

IT IB FURTHER ORDERED that ell per ties concerned may file a 

rebuttal Note of Evidence, giving the same informetion, not later 

than Friday, August 18, 1961. Absent good cesuse, the hearing will be 

limited to the witnesses end documents shown on the Notes of Evidence. 

IT IS FURTHER CRDERED thet if any of the perfiies desire to 

file briefs or other memoranda of authorities to support their positions, 

these briefs or other memoranda be filed by Monday, August 21, 1961. 

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED thet the pre-trial conference set in 

this case for 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 9, 1961, be, and the 

same 1s hereby, continued without date.
