MOTION TO DISMISS CERTAIN
PLAINTIFFS WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Plaintiffs move the Court, pursuant to Rule 21 of the
Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, to enter an order dis-
missing without prejudice plaintiffs Raymond Scott and
Ed Williams from the above styled action. As grounds for
this motion, plaintiffs would show the Court that plain-
tiffs Scott and Williams are suffering from failing health
and are no longer able to actively participate in the
prosecution of this action.
