THIS CAUSE coming on this day to be heard on 

Defendant's Motion To Amend Its Motion to Modify Plan Of 

Desegregation As Submitted on April 30, 1970, and as 

subsequently amended by Order of this Court of June 22, 

1970, and the Court having heard and considered the same 

finds that said Motion should be sustained: 

IT IS, THEREFORE, this day ORDERED AND ADJUDGED 

that the Defendant is granted leave to file in this cause, 

the Amended Motion, a copy of which is attached te the 

Motion to Amend; and all parties hereto are granted leave 

to file affidavits in opposition to or support of sald 

Motion until July 21, 1970. 

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED on this the 14th day of 

July, A. D., 1970.
