ORDER 

The appeal in the above entitled case has been transferred from the Appellate Court to this court pursuant to General Statutes § 51-199¢. 

Counsel in the above entitled case are ordered to appear before this court at 10:00 A.M. on May 11, 1995, to address the following procedural matters upon which the court is 
considering entering orders. 

1. Because of the public importance of this case, the court will consider entering an 
order for an expedited appeal. 

2. In order to establish an appropriate factual record for the appeal, including any legal 
issues that the trial court did not resolve, the court will entertain suggestions for an appropriate 
order to the trial court to be entered pursuant to our supervisory powers under Practice Book 
§ 4183. 

3. The court will consider any other suggestions counsel may have in order to expedite 
the appeal.
