REQUEST FOR LEAVE TO FILE SUPPLEMENTAL,
PARTICULARIZED OBJECTIONS TO PANEL’S REPORT, MINORITY

REPORT, AND STATE SUPERINTENDENT'S REPORTS

While plaintiffs have no objection to the bulk of
the Panel's Report, there are certain recommendations of
both the Panel's Report and the State Superintendent's
Reports which require further clarification and scrutiny
by the Court and the parties; in view of the receipt, on
August 31, 1972, of the Minority Report of the Panel, which
bears on all other reports, however, plaintiffs reauest
leave to file by September 15, 1972 supplemental, particularized
objections, and proposed modifications and alternatives,
to the Panel's Report, the Minority Report of the Panel,
and the State Superintendent's Reports.
