June 26, 1969 

A complaint asking $25,000 punitive damages, attorn 
and court cost will be filed at 4:00 p.m. today in the U 
Court in Atlanta against the Wall Brothers Realty Co., Inc.. The 
action is being filed by NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, 
Inc. (LDF) attorney Howard Moore in behalf of Alfred Johnson, a 
Negro employee at Westinghouse in Atlanta. The LDF is moving under 
the 1968 Housing Act.
