Defendant, Methodist Hospital of Gary, Inc., by counsel, has 

moved this Court to stay discovery proceedings pending the Court's 

determination on defendant Hospital's motion to dismiss. Upon con- 

sideration, the Court now ORDERS that said motion to stay be DENIED. 

The Court sua sponte further ORDERS that the time in which 
  

defendant Methodist Hospital of Gary, Inc. must answer plaintiffds 

interrogatories and other requests for production be extended to and 

including September 30, 1977.
