This matter came before the Court on motion of the
plaintiffs to continue the trial of this case presently
set for August 16, 1982. Counsel for the defendants has
orally informed the Court that he does not oppose the
motion.
WHEREFORE, the Court will and hereby does GRANT
plaintiffs' motion to continue the trial.
IT IS ORDERED that all deadlines set by Minute Entry
dated June 29, 1982 be CONTINUED indefinitely.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a telephone conference be
held on Monday, July 12, 1982, to set a new trial date.
