Would you kindly arrange to have someone in Washington 
enter the following corrections in our Jurisdictional 
Statement: 

1. Page 8, the end of 4th line: "Lake County" 
should read "Leake County." 

2. ‘Page 17, third line from the bottom: “the 
paramount duty: should read "this paramount duty." 

3. Page 19, first line of the last paragraph: 
"The affirmative duty of" should read "The affirmative 
duty principle of." 
  

4. Page 20, first line of paragraph beginning at 
very middle of page: "Under this text the Court" should 
read "Under this test the Court." 

5. Page 20, first line of third indented para- 
graph: "Indisputably, the State supplies the money; 
income from," should read "Indisputably the State 
supplies the money; it comes from." 

6. Page 22, fourth line of first indented quote: 
"free textbooks throughout a period of more than 70 

years," should read "throughout a period of more than 

30 years.”
