ORDER 

For good cause, it is ORDERED that the following motions are 

granted to the extent that the defendants shall comply with the discovery 

requests by June 30, 1986: plaintiffs' June 16, 1986, motion to shorten 

time, etc., motion to compel defendant Etowah County to respond, etc., and 

motion to determine sufficiency of responses to requests for admission, etc. 

It is further ORDERED that the plaintiffs' June 16, 1986, motion 

to determine the sufficiency of answers or objections of the Coffee County 

and Pickens County defendants, etc., is denied. 

DONE, this the 20th day of June, 1986.
