ft CLL = JILL?

We are considering whether to file a petition for

rehearing. We have won more than 35 cases in the Supreme

Court of the United States in defense of civil rights

demonstrators, and successfully defended more than 10,000

demonstrators in all courts throughout the country.

This is the only demonstration case we have lost in

the United States Supreme Court. I will be consulting with

Dr. King tonight on further steps.
