SECTION "A" 

In light of the agreed discovery schedule submitted by coun-

sel, it is ORDERED that the motion to lift stay of discovery be 

and the same is hereby GRANTED and the Court hereby adopts the 

following scheduling deadlines: 

1) On or before January 23, 1989, defendants shall serve their 

responses to discovery requests previously filed by the United 

States. 

2) On or before January 25, 1989, defendants shall deliver to 

opposing counsel copies of their expert reports. 

3) On Wednesday, February 1, 1989 at 3:30 p.m., a status confer-

ence will be held in chambers for the purpose of selecting a tri-

al date. If any party wishes to address other matters at this 

status conference, counsel shall so advise the Court by letter 

prior to the date of the conference. 

4) On or before February 22, 1989, the parties shall file and 

serve their lists of witnesses who may or will be called to tes-

tify'at trial. Any party may supplement this list at a later 

date provided the witness is made available for deposition prior 

to the completion of discovery. 

5) On or before March 10, 1989, discovery shall be completed.

6) On or before 4:30 p.m. April 6, 1989, the original and one 

copy of the pre-trial order, signed by all trial counsel of 

record, shall be delivered to chambers. 

7) A final pre-trial conference will be held before the Honor-

able Charles Schwartz, Jr. on Monday, April 10, 1989 at 5:00 p.m.
