REGULATIONS — Title 45, Sec. 80.6(B): Complionce Reports. Each recipient shall keep such records and submit to the responsible Depart- 
ent official or his designee timely, complete and accurate compliance reports at such times, and in such form and containing such inferma- 
ion, as the responsible Department official or his designee may determine to be necessary to enable him to ascertain whether the recipient 

  

as complied or is complying with this part. 

81.18 REFORTS 

(A) Anticipated Enrollment. By April 15 of each year, or by 15 
ays after the close of the spring choice period in the case of 
lans besed on free choice of schools, each school system must 
eport to the Commissioner the anticipated student enrollment, by 
ace, color, or national origin, and by grade of ecch school, for the 
ollowing school year. The report submitted for the 1966-67 school 
ear must also include the comparable data for the 1965-66 school 
ear. Any subsequent substantial change in anticipated enroll- 
ent affecting desegregation must be reported promptly to the

(B) Planned Staff Assignments. By Apri! 15 of each year, each 
choo! system must report to the Commissioner the plenned as- 
ignments of professional staff to each school for the following 
ear, by race, color, or national origin and by grade, or where ap- 
bropriate, by subject tought or position held. The report for April 
5, 1966 must also include the comparable data for the 1965-66 

  

year. Any subsequent change in planned stoff assignment affecting 
staff desegregatioh must be reported promptly to the Cemmissioner. 

(C) Actual Data. As scon as possible after the opening of its 
scheols in the fall, but in any case within 30 days thereafter, each 
schoo! sysiem must determine and promptly report to the Commission- 
er the actual data for the items covered in the reports cailed for under 
(A) and (B) above. 

(D) Attendance Quiside System of Residence. The reports called 
for under (A) and (C) above must include a statement covering (1) ali 
students who reside within the boundaries of the school system but 
attend school in another system, and (2) all students who reside cut- 
side but attend a schoo! within the system. This statement must set 
forth, for each group of students included in (1) and (2) cbove, the 
number of students by race, color, or national origin, by grade, by 
scheol and school system attended, and by school system of residence.
