Comes now the defendant Etowah County and for
response to sub-interrogatory 4(b) says as follows:
4(b) The only board that the commission had
personal and unrestricted selection authority
was the Etowah County Personnel Board. With
regards to the Etowah County Personnel Board
find enclosed the name, race, sex, date of
selection and period of service for each
person selected:
John D. Thomas, caucasian, male, initially
selected on August 7, 1984, for a one year
term and re-appointed for an additional one
year term on August 7, 1985.
Robert Means, caucasian, male, initially
appointed on August 7, 1984, for a one year
