Re: Roemer V. Chisom: N. 88-327
Dear Mr. Spaniol:
The purpose of this letter is to request an extension of
time to and including October 23, 1988, in which to file a Brief
in Opposition to the Petition for a Writ of Certiorari in the
above •case. The Brief in Opposition is currently due on
September 23. The extension is requested because the undersigned
was absent from his office during the time the petition was filed
and upon his return was involved in the preparation of briefs in
two other cases before the Court. The requested extension will
not signficantly delay the Court's consideration of the case.
Thank you very much.
Very truly yours,
Charles Stephen Ralston
