The transportation system of the district is desegregated to the 

extent that when the bus picks up the first student he does not 

by-pass any students until he has completely loaded his bus, 

The gymnasium, auditoriums, and cafeterias are operated completely 

on a desegregated basis, 

The Noxubee County School Board has not sold any equipment or faci- 

lities that would have a total value of more than $500.00. 

There is a bi=-racial advisory committee to the School Board composes 

of three Negroes and three Whites, 

The schools, faculties, and students are totally desegregated in 

Noxubee County.
