1. Consideration. This Release is being executed by Releasors in consideration of

the sum of three hundred thousand, ninety-three dollars and thirteen cents ($ 393,726.13) paid

by Releasees to Releasors, receipt of which is acknowledged.

2. Claim Being Released. Releasor releases Releasee from all claim to attorneys

fees, costs, and expenses, arising out of the instant action.

3. Release Binding. This release binds not only Releasors in respect to these

claims, but also Releasors' heirs, assigns, executors, administrators, and legal representatives.
