An expedited hearing on various motions was conducted this 

date.

The motion to reconsider filed by defendant is DENIED. 

Plaintiff is to furnish defendant on or before April 2, 1985 

with any documentation supporting expenses, other than expert 

witness fees; claimed in this matter. This shall not apply to the 

expenses of Ms. Guinier. Failure to do so will preclude 

introduction of same at trial. Defendant shall immediately furnish 

to plaintiff via federal express a list of documentation presently 

in defendant's file which plaintiff has previously furnished. 

Plaintiff is to furnish defendant with an affidavit by the 

relevant expert witnesses that the fees submitted are in fact that 

person's expert witness fees. This is to be accomplished on or 

before April 16, 1985.

Plaintiff's expert witness shall be deposed in Philadelphia on 

April 24, 1985 and defendant's expert witness shall be deposed in 

Washington, D.C. on April 25, 1985 at times agreed upon by counsel 

and the deponents.
