John Walker would like LDF to assume an active role in the
remedy phase of this litigation, now that the case is back in
district court as .a result of a favorable 8th Circuit ruling on
our Motion to Disniss the appeal. Please let me know your
thoughts/availability for continued participatS.on. In
particular, John contempLates filing a cont,empt motion against
the school board for harassment of his clients. In addition,
substantial evidentiary support needs to be developed for the
votlng rights claim. ./
