Mr. Greenberg will have announcements of legal action in addition to new comments on this erisis as another short coming of Title VI of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the Department of Health Education and Welfare, He will be available for further discussion at 2 PM in the Petite Cafe just off the Terrace Room in the Main Lobby.
