Dear Les1ie:

I am encl,osing a copy of our post-tria} brief on
Iinited voting in Dillard v. Crenshaw Countv, in the
hope it will help you with McGhee. We went with a one
vote for seven Eeats plan for both the Covington and
the Lanar County Boardsr Bo the maethematics works out
a bit differently for us than it does for you.

I am also sending you copies of three articles on
Iinited voting that were submitted to Judge Thompson.
If you change your nind about Dick Engstromrs
testimony, Iet me know and I can send that along too.
