Board of Education, 317 F 2d 429 (1963) THE RECORD DISCLOSES THAT THE CITY OF RICHMOND IS DIVIDED INTO A NUMBER < OF GEOGRAPHICALLY DEFENED ATTENDANCE ZXRXKX AREAS FOR BOTH AREAS FOR BOTH WHITE AND NEGRO SCHOOLS.
