Alabama, for the purpose of a pretrial hearing as provided by Rule 16 of the Rules of Civil Procedure for the District 

Courts of the United States. 

This hearing will be addressed to consideration of the matters provided for in Rule 16. All parties should prepare 

and submit to the other parties prior to this hearing any necessary or desirable amendments or additions to the pleadings. 

All parties should also prepare and have ready all possible admissions of fact and of documents which might avoid un-

visability of a reference to a special master, and any other matters that might aid in the disposition of the action. 

All motions will be heard at the above stated time. 

It is necessary that the attorneys who are to try this case appear at the time above designated and be fully prepared 

to state the facts of the case in the most minute detail, and to admit all facts that are true. Appropriate penalties will be 

imposed for failure to comply with these requirements.
