MOTION TO DISMISS APPEAL
Plaintiffs-Appellants respectfully move the Court
to dismiss the appeal pending in this action:
1) The appeal from a judgment of a three-judge
district court was filed to protect the jurisdiction of
this Court in the event that the Supreme Court of the United
States dismissed for want of jurisdiction;
2) Since the filing of the appeal in this Court
the Supreme Court of the United States has entered its
opinion and judgment and has remanded the case to the dis-
trict court. Norwood v. Harrison, S. Ct. No. 72-77, June
25, 1973, 41 1W 5094,
