ORDER
Upon the Stipulation entered into by the Presbyterian
Day School of Cleveland and plaintiffs to this action, it is
hereby ORDERED:
1. Presbyterian Day School shall return to the Mississippi
Textbook Purchasing Board, or its designated agent (s), all
textbooks presently held by the school or entrusted to the
students enrolled therein as determined by defendants' current
inventory list, effective at the end of the current school year in May, 197
2. Plaintiffs' objections to textbook aid for the
Presbyterian Day School of Cleveland are hereby dismissed,
without prejudice in the event the said school again applies
to the Mississippi State Textbook Board for textbook assistance.
3. Any future application for textbook assistance made
by the subject school to the Mississippi Textbook Board shall
not result in the distribution cf textbooks to the school without
prior approval of the Court. Norwood v. Harrison, 382 F.Supp.
92), 935 {N.D. Miss. 1974).
