LDF TO A STATE SCHOOL SYSTEM
Dec. 14--N.A.A.C.P. Legal Defense Fund attorneys today opened a
new era in school desegregation litigation with the filing of an
Amended Complaint in the Richmond, Virginia school desegregation
lawsuit against adjoining Henrico and Chesterfield Counties and
the Virginia State Board of Education.
