As grounds for their motion, plaintiffs would show that this Court has scheduled the trial of this action for Wednesday, July 23, 1986, with a pretrial conference on July 16 and discovery cutoff on July 16. WHEREFORE, plaintiffs pray that the Court will shorten the time for responses to plaintiffs’ third discovery request to Pickens County, Lawrence County, Calhoun County, Talladega County, Etowah County and Coffee County to June 30, 19886.
